Our HIP Solution for Estate Agents and Solicitors

We provide HIPs to estate agents, solicitors, property developers and private individuals. 

The whole essence of the Home Information Pack initiative is to speed up the buying and selling process.

For estate agents and solicitors, we recognise the need to process the HIP and in particular the EPC, quickly to support early marketing. 

Therefore, upon receipt of the instruction, we initiate the HIP searches instantly. Whilst these are being sought, we contact the resident as promptly as possible, arrange the appointment, undertake the EPC survey, create the EPC and send the link immediately so that the information can be incorporated into the marketing and sales literature.

We generally have the EPC completed within a day or so provided we can get access to the property. We can do this with the minimum of delay because we don’t have to wait for third parties or ‘panel’ the work to others – we do it ourselves. 

Once the HIP is ready, we will deliver it to you in your preferred medium. This will be as a multi page pdf file on a CD and/or ‘e’ mailed directly.

In addition to the electronic copy, we will provide a paper copy for the resident. Some consider this is wasteful of resources, however, we are of the opinion that the customer will wish to see something tangible for their money.
